In recent years, oncology has changed a great deal, from cancer diagnosis to the treatments prescribed and the way they are administered.

Currently, most cancer treatments can be administered on an outpatient basis. Our team has a Day Hospital with 18 spaces, which can be used simultaneously. We have 7 treatment chairs especially designed for cancer patients, two of which are in separate rooms. Eleven of the 18 spaces are hospital beds, ensuring that our patients are as comfortable as possible during their treatments.

At our Day Hospital, patients are looked after by our nursing staff who are specialised in administering anti-cancer agents. Agent administration and the possible toxic effects require intervention from expert professionals who are trained in the latest anti-cancer agents and the devices used to administer them (e.g. venous reservoirs).

Our nursing staff have an in-depth knowledge of each of the drugs prescribed by the oncologists and are also renowned for caring for patients on a one-to-one basis.
