Patient and family support
Serious illnesses and the administrative procedures associated with them can be a stress factor, which is not always well managed by the patient and/or its family members. Cancer diagnosis logically generates distress and can make small administrative tasks a huge challenges when added to those difficulties associated with the disease itself.
Our team is aware that the patient and their family should have the necessary support to ensure that administrative procedures do not become an extra burden during their cancer treatment. That is why there is someone who can help you with all the administrative tasks resulting from our consultations. They will provide you with consultation dates and manage the diagnostic test dates that our doctors request for you. They will guide you and be a point of reference for any query about your appointments or the administrative procedures that may arise and will act as a link with the medical team to minimise waiting times for tests, efficiently managing your appointment calendar.
